Rotorua, New Zealand. A beautiful environment such as this will always draw nature enthusiasts. And nature invites adventure. Today we’re taking a trip to Skyline Rotorua - or RotoVegas as they like to call it! Built on the top of Mt. Ngongotaha, this location is home to several fun activities and surprisingly a diverse world-class restaurant: Stratosfare. Usually, adventure parks like this consider food as an afterthought, but New Zealand does it right, and whether its the buffet or fine dining, Stratosfare lives up to the many awards it’s received.
