I know, I know, not every woman or man for that matter likes going to a spa, but you can definitely learn more about how the earth's elements can help your over all well-being from Tikkun Spa. I for one, love to opportunity to have a day at a spa. Unplugging and reconnecting with myself is my way of restoring my energy for another day as a busy mom.
