Your Daily Dose of Meditation Goodness!

Yes, you can detox from the noise and negativity of your surroundings!

Spending 10 minutes every morning and evening to set your daily intention and to let go of any negative build-up is imperative. 

We all understand we are in the mists of many historical changes and uncertainty. And many of you have personally shared with me that you feel saddened, hurt, anger, and depressed. I want you to know they are all very normal feelings. It is however how you handle yourself that will change the course of your journey - ultimately clearing the negative and living out in acceptance and abundance.

It is in your DNA to love, to express joy, laughter, and seek out positivity. So, I encourage you to let go. Let go of the things you can not change and take charge of your life by welcoming positivity, abundance, and being the light you wish to see in the world.

  1. Listen to this meditation a few times and allow yourself to heal your body, your mind, and soul - and welcome what you know you want and need in your life.

  2. Write out your affirmations. Post them somewhere you can see it daily and live them out. Draw them into your life and rewrite your life story. You can change where you are right now in this moment by proclaiming it - and rewriting the story you wish to share with the world.
