Many of you know me simply as "Didi from Daytona."

To those I haven't yet had the opportunity to meet, welcome. My name is Didiayer Snyder, and I am honored that you've taken a few moments to learn more about me, my journey, and why I have chosen to seek the opportunity to serve as your 2027 Women's Council of Realtors Florida State Treasurer.

Recently, someone shared with me that a few members had asked a simple question:

"Why is Didi running for State Treasurer?"

When I heard that question, I was grateful. Because I believe it's exactly the question every member should ask. Leadership is never about a title. It's about trust. And trust begins with getting to know the heart of the person who is asking to serve.

​

So rather than simply tell you what I've accomplished, I'd like to share why I'm here.

​

Throughout my life, I've learned that growth rarely happens where we're comfortable. It happens when we're willing to stretch into places that require courage, humility, and faith. Looking back, I realize that every chapter of my life has quietly prepared me for the next.

​

Like many of us, I have been incredibly blessed by leaders who saw something in me long before I saw it in myself. They tapped me on the shoulder, encouraged me to stretch beyond what felt comfortable, invested in my growth, and reminded me that leadership is ultimately about serving others. Because of their belief in me, I learned one of life's greatest lessons: when we are called to serve, we have a choice. We can remain comfortable, or we can answer with a simple word...Yes.

That "yes" has led me through mission work, executive leadership, television production, mentoring realtors, and volunteer leadership. While every chapter has looked different, one thing has remained remarkably consistent.​​​ I have always believed that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.​ 

 

That belief has shaped every leadership decision I've ever made. It has also led me to ask one question throughout every season of my life: How can I leave this place, and the people within it, better than I found them?

​

That question has guided my service as President of the Daytona Beach Area Network and continues to guide me today. If you spend a little time exploring this page, you'll learn about my journey, my leadership philosophy, the experiences that have shaped me, and the vision I have for serving our members across Florida. Most importantly, I hope you'll come away understanding one thing. This campaign has never been about me. It's about you. Your voice. Your ideas. Your growth. Your local network. Your future.
