Welcome to The Volusia Growth Report

Stay informed. Stay inspired. Stay ahead.

Every community has a story.

Some stories unfold slowly over decades.

Others begin with the opening of a neighborhood, a new restaurant, an expanding school, a growing business, or a road that quietly changes the way people move through a city.

Those stories matter.

Because they shape where we choose to live, invest, raise our families, and build our futures.

That's why I created The Volusia Growth Report.

Each month I bring together the stories helping shape Volusia County, from new developments and local businesses to schools, community events, infrastructure improvements, and real estate trends.

Whether you've lived here your whole life or are just discovering everything our county has to offer, my hope is simple:

To help you understand not just where Volusia County is today...

...but where it's going tomorrow.

Welcome.

I'm glad you're here.

Many know me through real estate, where I have spent the last several years building a business centered on relationships, service, and he

A Market Moving Forward - With Greater Choice, Discipline and Strategy

The clearest description of the current market may be: Active, but selective. Buyers are participating. Sales activity has improved statewide. Yet affordability, mortgage rates, property condition, insurance expenses and commu
